Scope of Work
The empanelled Training Partners will be responsible for:
  1. Mobilization and registration of candidates
  2. Pre-counseling and career guidance
  3. Conducting skill training as per SSC/NCVET standards
  4. Setting up training centers with required infrastructure
  5. Ensuring biometric attendance and CCTV monitoring
  6. Assessment coordination and certification
  7. Placement of candidates (minimum wage compliance)
  8. Post-placement tracking for up to 1 year
 Focus: Employment-linked skill development across Bihar districts
 Eligibility Criteria
·       Organizational Eligibility
  1. Registered entity (Company/Trust/Society etc.) for minimum 3 years
  2. No consortium or joint venture allowed
  3. Not blacklisted by any Govt. authority
·       Experience Criteria
  1. Minimum 3 government skill training projects
  2. Each project: at least 300 candidates
  3. Minimum 500 placements in last 3 years
·       Placement Requirement
  1. Mandatory Letter of Intent (LoI) for minimum 300 candidates per sector
