 Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for:
  1. Selection and deployment of training partners
  2. Providing monitoring and technical support services

1.       3 projects (≥40% value) OR
    1. 2 projects (≥50% value) OR
    2. 1 project (≥80% value)
2. Qualification Criteria
  1. Proven expertise in consultancy/training partner selection
  2. Must meet technical evaluation score ≥75%
3. Financial Criteria
  1. Minimum average annual turnover: ₹107 Lakhs (last 3 years)
  2. Supporting documents: CA certificate / audited balance sheets required
4. Relaxations
  1. MSE & Startups eligible for relaxation in turnover & experience (subject to compliance)
