Tender Overview

IMTI Kota invites bids from eligible agencies for delivering structured computer training programs at its training center. The tender includes providing qualified trainers, training materials, and managing end-to-end execution of training modules as per institute guidelines.

Scope of Work

1. Conducting computer training programs at IMTI Kota premises
2. Delivering daily sessions including:
   1. 3 hours theoretical lectures
   2. 4 hours practical sessions
   3. 1 hour problem-solving session
3. Providing:
   1. Qualified trainers and demonstrators
   2. Training materials, books, and evaluation content
4. Ensuring syllabus coverage including latest software versions
5. Conducting tests, assessments, and project work evaluation
6. Submitting training completion reports
7. Managing training logistics without additional cost (software, materials, etc.)
8. Adhering to schedule flexibility and covering syllabus even during reduced timelines

1. Trainers must be at least Graduate level qualified
2. Availability of:
   1. Experienced lecturers (for theory + practical)
   2. Supporting demonstrators for practical sessions
3. Submission of trainer details with qualifications and experience
4. Valid RSCIT certification (issued by RKCL) at the time of bid submission

1. Registered firm/agency with:
   1. GST Registration
   2. PAN Card
2. Capability to deliver training programs as per IMTI standards
3. Compliance with tender terms and conditions
4. Submission of required documents including:
   1. Cancelled cheque
   2. Demand drafts (Tender Fee, Processing Fee, EMD)

1. Rates must be inclusive of GST
2. Payment will be made:
   1. After completion of each training course
   2. Within 15 days of bill submission
3. 5% Performance Guarantee required after award

1. Tender Fee: Applicable (to be submitted via Demand Draft)
2. Processing Fee: Applicable (RISL Jaipur)
3. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): Mandatory
4. Mode: Demand Draft submission required physically

1. Bidders must:
   1. Upload required documents online
   2. Submit Demand Drafts physically before deadline
2. Physical submission includes:
   1. Tender Fee DD
   2. Processing Fee DD
   3. EMD DD
3. Failure to submit physical DDs will lead to rejection
4. Agreement must be executed within 10 days of work order

1. Conditional tenders will be rejected
2. Penalties applicable for:
   1. Delay in training
   2. Absence of trainers
3. Training must strictly follow institute standards
4. Jurisdiction: Kota (Rajasthan)
