Tender Overview

AIIMS Bathinda, in collaboration with Baba Farid University of Health Sciences (BFUHS), invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from eligible Indian consulting agencies for empanelment as Project Management Agencies (PMA) to manage and implement Skill Development Training Programs aimed at employment and livelihood generation.

Scope of Work

The selected agency will be responsible for:
  1. End-to-end project management and implementation of skill development programs
  2. Vendor/partner identification and deployment
  3. Monitoring training delivery, outputs, and outcomes
  4. Financial and physical progress tracking of schemes
  5. Evaluation of training impact, employment outcomes, and performance metrics
  6. Ensuring quality, timely delivery, and compliance
  7. Suggesting improvements in implementation and monitoring systems
Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
 Legal Eligibility
  1. Must be a registered Indian entity (Company/LLP/Society/Trust/University, etc.)
  2. Must possess valid PAN & GST registration
  3. Consortium or subcontracting not allowed
 Experience Criteria
  1. Experience in Skill Development Projects funded by Central/State Govt./Sector Skill Councils
  2. Proven track record in training implementation and project management
  3. Experience in handling large-scale training programs (10,000+ candidates preferred for scoring)
Blacklisting Condition
  1. Must not be blacklisted by any government agency
