Tender Overview

The Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Kolkata under the Ministry of Finance invites bids through GeM for Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)/Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) of IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, network systems, and audio-visual equipment.

This is a two-packet bidding process with a contract duration of 1 year, aimed at ensuring efficient maintenance of existing IT assets.

1. Desktop computers, laptops, and all-in-one PCs
2. Printers, scanners, photocopiers
3. LAN/Wi-Fi networks and firewall infrastructure
4. EPABX systems
5. Audio-visual systems in training and conference rooms
6. Preventive maintenance on a quarterly basis
7. Coverage for approximately 250 units of equipment

1. Bidder must be registered on GeM portal
2. Must have experience with Government/PSU organizations
3. Must comply with Make in India (MII) requirements
4. Service provider must have local office presence in the state (West Bengal)

1. MSE & Startup Relaxation:
   1. Exemption in experience and turnover criteria (subject to eligibility proof)
2. MSE Purchase Preference:
   1. Up to 100% allocation if within L1 + 15% margin

2. Turnover proof (CA certificate / audited balance sheets)
3. GeM registration details
4. MSE/Startup certificate (if claiming exemption)
5. Technical compliance documents
6. Any certificates requested in ATC (Additional Terms & Conditions)

1. Bid submission is fully online via GeM portal
2. Two-envelope system:
   1. Technical Bid
   2. Financial Bid
3. Ensure all documents are uploaded before deadline
4. Clarifications allowed within 2 days during evaluation
5. Late submissions will not be accepted

1. Buyer may increase/decrease contract value up to 25–50%
2. Service provider must ensure compliance with labour laws
3. No physical document submission required
4. No tender fee is allowed as per GeM norms
