   • 2 projects ≥ 50% value OR
   • 1 project ≥ 80% value

1. Valid registration and compliance with GeM guidelines
2. Must be a training institute/service provider
3. Compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements

1. Minimum Turnover: ₹36 Lakhs (average of last 3 years)
2. EMD Amount: ₹1,20,000
3. Performance Bank Guarantee (ePBG): 3% of contract value
4. Estimated Tender Value: ₹1.19 Crore (approx.)
