1. Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of 4 passenger lifts
2. Work includes electrical + civil integration (composite work)
3. Execution across:
   1. Vocational Training Block
   2. Children Male & Female Blocks
   3. Mahila Sadan
4. Complete execution including labour, materials, equipment, testing, and compliance

1. Must be approved contractor of HPPWD / HP Jal Shakti Vibhag
2. Valid contractor registration at time of submission
3. Must possess Digital Signature Certificate (DSC)
4. Must comply with EPFO, ESIC, BOCW registration requirements
5. Should not have more than 2 ongoing contracts above ₹1 Cr (as applicable)

1. At least 1 similar work completed:
   1. ≥ 40% of estimated cost (~₹45 lakh), OR
   2. ≥ 80% of estimated cost in civil engineering work
2. Work must be completed in the last 5 years
3. Value adjusted at 5% annual escalation
