Tender Overview

Shreetron India Limited (SIL), a Government of Uttar Pradesh undertaking, has invited e-tenders for empanelment of companies/firms with proven capabilities to deliver IT & ITES training services for government departments. The empanelment will be valid for 2 years.

Scope of Work

The empanelled agencies will be responsible for delivering training programs including:

IT & ITES training modules

Computer and digital literacy programs

Skill development & capacity building

Software-based and domain-specific training

Government-focused training initiatives (e.g., Digital Mitra, Technical Support)

Customized training programs as per departmental requirements

1. Must be a registered company/firm in IT/ITES domain
2. Valid GST Registration & PAN mandatory
3. Must not be blacklisted by any Govt./PSU
4. Positive net worth required
5. Relevant training infrastructure and manpower required
6. Prior experience in government/large-scale training projects

1. Category A: Minimum 2 projects (₹5 lakh each)
2. Category B: Minimum 3 projects (₹10 lakh each)
3. Category C: Minimum 3 projects (₹50 lakh each)

1. Category A: Training capacity ≥ 25 candidates
2. Category B: ≥ 50 candidates
3. Category C: ≥ 75 candidates

1. Tender Fee (Non-refundable): ₹17,700 (including GST)
2. EMD / Security Deposit (Refundable):
   1. Category A: ₹1,00,000
   2. Category B: ₹2,00,000
   3. Category C: ₹3,00,000

1. Mode: Both Online + Offline

3. Physical documents must also be submitted in sealed envelope
4. Documents required in PDF format (digitally signed)
5. DSC (Digital Signature Certificate) mandatory
6. Hard copy must reach SIL before bid opening

1. Technical evaluation based on eligibility & scoring criteria
2. Physical verification of infrastructure may be conducted
3. Empanelment based on marks + experience + capability
4. Work allocation through limited tender among empanelled vendors

1. Consortium/JV not allowed
2. Minimum qualifying marks: 60/100
3. Bid validity: 180 days
4. SIL reserves right to cancel/modify tender
