1. Valid contractor classification (Class-IV or above)
2. Experience in similar assignments
3. Financial solvency proof
4. No history of blacklisting
5. Submission of accurate and verified documents

1. Bids must be submitted through Telangana e-Procurement portal
2. Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) is mandatory
