Patratu Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (PVUN), a subsidiary of NTPC in joint venture with JBVNL, has invited online bids under Domestic Competitive Bidding for implementing a Light Motor Vehicle (LMV) training program aimed at unemployed youth from Project Affected Villages (PAVs) of the Banharid Coal Mining Project.

Scope of Work

1. The selected agency will be responsible for:
2. Conducting LMV training programs under skill development initiatives
3. Targeting unemployed youth from Project Affected Villages (PAVs)
4. Delivering end-to-end training including curriculum, certification, and assessment
5. Completing the project within the defined timeline
6.  Detailed scope is provided in the tender document (refer annexure).

Project Duration

Completion Period: 12 Months from the date of commencement

Eligibility Criteria

1. Bidder must have experience in skill development / vocational training programs
2. Capability to execute training programs at scale

2. GST compliance mandatory (if not specified, assumed inclusive)
