The tender is focused on classroom-based instructor-led IT certification training for trainees under a structured offline training model.

The selected training institute will be responsible for conducting weekday offline training sessions, issuing participation certificates, and deploying qualified instructors for the training programme. The contract duration is 11 months and 5 days.
