Tender Summary – Upgradation of Infrastructure of the Cooperative Training Institute, Srinagar

4. Availability of key construction equipment and technical manpower
5. Submission of Quality Assurance Plan (QAP)
6. GST compliance with latest GST-3B returns
7. Valid PAN and statutory registrations

1. Minimum annual turnover from civil engineering works should be at least 50% of the advertised cost in any one of the last five financial years
2. Financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss statements, ITRs, and TDS records for FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 are mandatory
3. Access to credit facility equal to 10% of the contract value
4. Undertaking for investment capability up to 25% of contract value during execution
5. Bid capacity will be evaluated as per prescribed departmental formula

1. Tender Fee: Applicable through Treasury Challan / E-Challan submission
2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): 2% of tender cost
3. EMD Mode: CDR/FDR/Bank Guarantee
4. Performance Security: 5% of contract value by successful bidder
