 Scope of Work

1. Supply, installation, and commissioning of a digital colour photocopier machine
2. Includes accessories such as stabilizer, stand, and software integration
3. Equipment must meet specified technical standards (e.g., duplex printing, Wi-Fi, high-resolution output)
4. Completion timeline: Within 1 month from award of contract

3. Declaration of non-blacklisting required

1. Availability of technical personnel (as per project requirements)
2. Capability to supply and install equipment as per specifications
3. Experience in similar supply/installation works preferred

1. Preference given to:
   1. Technically qualified bidders OR
   2. Bidders employing qualified technical staff

1. No explicit turnover or net worth requirement specified
2. Financial capability inferred through:
   1. Past performance
   2. Compliance documentation
3. Bid validity: 3 months from bid opening

7. Incomplete bids or missing documents → Disqualification
8. False documents → 3-year debarment
