To empanel coaching institutes for providing JEE (Main + Advanced) and NEET entrance exam preparation for:
- Class XI students (2-year course)
- Class XII passouts (1-year course)
From Nuh District and Hathin Block of Palwal District.
๐จ๐ Target Students:
- 100 Class XI students (50 NEET + 50 JEE)
- 100 Class XII passouts (50 NEET + 50 JEE)
(Batches commence from 1st April 2026)
๐ Location:
Training to be provided within Nuh District.
Infrastructure (lecture halls, smart boards, etc.) will be provided by MDA.

๐ Eligibility Criteria:
- Legally registered coaching institute/agency.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in coaching for JEE/NEET.
- Not blacklisted/debarred (self-declaration on stamp paper).
- Faculty with required qualifications (M.Sc./PhD/B.Tech/M.Tech from reputed/NIRF top 50 institutes).
- Proper biometric attendance, regular testing, reporting, and student tracking systems.
๐ Scope of Work Includes:
- Offline coaching with bilingual delivery (Hindi + English).
- Printed study material, mock tests, test series, and regular assessments.
- Monthly science/STEM events in 80 schools.
- Entrance test & orientation for selection of students.
- Faculty continuity, student feedback, result reporting to MDA and parents.
๐ Technical Evaluation Criteria (Total: 100 Marks):
- Past success in JEE/NEET (last 3 years) – 20 marks
- Study materials quality – 10 marks
- Faculty experience – 10 marks
- Financial turnover – 20 marks
- No. of existing branches – 5 marks
- Govt. coaching project experience – 5 marks
- STEM events organized in schools – 10 marks
- Presentation (methodology, scheduling, faculty) – 20 marks

Minimum qualifying marks: 70/100 to proceed to financial bid
๐ต Financial Evaluation:
- 3-year batch-wise coaching cost (inclusive of all expenses)
- QCBS Method: 70% Technical + 30% Financial score
๐ณ Payment Terms:
Annual payment in 4 installments:
- 30% after 1 month
- 30% after 4 months
- 20% after 7 months
- 20% after 12 months
(Subject to attendance, performance, and feedback reports)
