• PIAs are expected to provide placement-linked skill development training under DDU-GKY 2.0.
• Training must align with MoRD’s guidelines and SOPs.
• Minimum 576 hours training per course (3–6 months duration).
• Residential training preferred.
• Minimum 70% placement: 50% wage employment and up to 20% self-employment.
• Salary benchmarks:
  •  ₹10,000/month (3-month courses)
  • ₹15,000/month (6-month courses)
  • ₹25,000/month (overseas placement)

   •  Indian Trusts Act
   • Societies Registration Act
   • Companies Act 2013 / LLP Act 2008
   • SHG federations
   • Government/semi-government entities
   • DPIIT-recognized Startups 
2. Be more than 3 years old (except DPIIT startups).
3. Have valid PRN from MoRD.
4. Not be blacklisted or involved in any recovery under DDU-GKY.

1. Agencies with pending recoveries or less than 50% placement records.
2. Entities related to blacklisted/defaulting agencies.
3. Consortium applications are not allowed.

• Must follow DDU-GKY 2.0 Guidelines, SOPs and MoRD instructions.
• Must be willing to mobilize students from all 4 regions of Tamil Nadu (North, South, West, Central).
• Training centers must be established in rural areas.
• Must comply with sub-category targets:
  • SC: 25%, ST: 2%, Minorities: 15%, Wo men: 39%, PwDs: 5%

• Initial Screening Fee: ₹25,000 (non-refundable)
• Qualitative Appraisal Fee: ₹1,47,500 (inclusive of GST, post initial screening)
