📍 Scope of Work
Selected Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) will:
- Provide placement-linked skill training under DDU-GKY 2.0.
- Offer NSQF-aligned job roles.
- Deliver training within a maximum of one year.
- Submit proposals for 3 or 6-month duration courses.
- Ensure placement for a significant proportion of trained candidates.
✅ Pre-Qualification & Eligibility Criteria
- Must have a valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) issued by MoRD.
- Must be registered on https://kaushal.rural.gov.in.
- Preference to PIAs:
- With previous experience in Sikkim.
- That have successfully closed DDU-GKY 1.0 projects with 100% training target achievement.
- With >60% placement performance in earlier projects.
