Pre-Qualification Criteria Tender Overview
Scope of Work The scope covers the construction of a Training Hall at the Deputy Control Civil Defence Office, CIDCO, Nashik. The work is to be executed as per the tender document, contract drawings, specifications, Schedule B / BOQ, and instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. A = Maximum annual turnover executed in any one year during the last five years, updated to 2025-26 price level N = Completion period for the work, i.e., 03 months for bid capacity calculation B = Value of existing commitments and ongoing works to be completed during the next 03 months Tender Fee, EMD and Security Deposit The tender document fee is ₹590, payable online and non-refundable. The EMD for this work is mentioned as Nil. However, the successful bidder must provide a total Security Deposit of ₹24,000, equal to 2% of the tender value, with 50% payable in cash at the time of agreement and 50% recoverable from running bills. Submission Guidelines Bidders must submit the tender online through the Maharashtra e-tendering portal. All technical documents must be scanned, digitally signed, and uploaded in the required format. The tender fee must be paid online through the payment gateway.
