SBI Foundation invites proposals from eligible non-profit organizations to act as an implementation partner for managing the SBI Platinum Jubilee Asha Scholarship Programme 2026–27. The selected agency will provide a technology-driven scholarship management platform and execute end-to-end program operations for approximately 24,000–25,000 students across India.
The project duration is 14 months (May 2026 – June 2027) with a funding range between ₹50 Lakhs to ₹2 Crore.
 Scope of Work
The selected agency will be responsible for comprehensive scholarship program execution, including:
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish a Program Management Unit (PMU) with 6–8 dedicated staff
  2. Develop and maintain a scholarship management platform/software
  3. Design and manage online application and dashboard systems
  4. Provide multilingual helpline (IVR, email, WhatsApp support)
  5. Conduct:
    1. Application scrutiny and verification
    2. Interviews and selection processes
    3. Scholar onboarding and documentation
  6. Maintain secure beneficiary database and MIS reporting
  7. Perform quarterly monitoring, impact assessment, and audits
  8. Ensure data security, compliance, and fraud detection mechanisms
 Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1. Must be a registered non-profit organization/trust/society in India
  2. Must have valid registrations:
    1. 12A, 80G, CSR-1, and preferably FCRA
  3. Must have:
    1. In-house scholarship management platform/dashboard
    2. Experience in end-to-end scholarship program execution
  4. Must not be blacklisted by any government authority
  5. Must submit self-declaration of non-discrimination policy
 Eligibility Criteria
  1. Minimum 5 years of organizational existence
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in scholarship management projects
  3. Proven expertise in:
    1. Application processing
    2. Verification & selection
    3. Beneficiary management
  4. Must have:
    1. Minimum 5 permanent employees
    2. Board strength of at least 3 members
    3. No political or religious affiliations
 Financial Criteria
  1. Minimum cumulative annual revenue of ₹5 Crore (last 3 years)
  2. Must have managed a scholarship corpus of at least ₹25 Crore in last 3 years
  3. Audited financial statements for last 3 years required
