🔹 Scope of Work
The selected agency will conduct Tailoring / Aari / Embroidery training for women in Zones 6 & 7:
- Training to be provided only in GCC-specified centers
- Must follow TNSDC Qualification Packs (QP)
- Equip centers with necessary equipment, including computers and sewing machines
- Provide qualified trainers with Tamil knowledge
- Conduct assessment and certification via Directorate of Employment
- Maintain trainee attendance records (minimum 70%-80%)
- Instruction and materials must be in Tamil

- Women aged 18–35 residing in Zones 6 and 7
- Mobilization through Magalir Thittam / NULM community organizers

🔹 Contractual Terms
- Agreement signed between GCC and selected agency
- Termination clauses included for non-performance or legal breaches
- Force Majeure provisions apply
- IP rights retained by GCC (excluding agency’s pre-existing IP)
