Scope of Work

The selected service provider will conduct offline vocational training in electrical and electronics work for approximately 100 trainees across two batches of 50 participants. Training is intended for the intermediate level, with approximately two training days per batch and two hours of training per day. Third-party certification is required. The vendor must conduct a demonstration class at 6023 ARMD WKSP; failure to do so may result in rejection.

Eligibility and Qualification Criteria

Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience providing similar services to Central/State Government organisations or PSUs. The minimum average annual turnover for the last three financial years is ₹3 lakh. Similar-service experience must be supported by relevant work orders or contracts.

Completed-service experience must meet at least one of these conditions:

1. Three similar projects, each worth at least 40% of the estimated tender value;
2. Two similar projects, each worth at least 50%; or
3. One similar project worth at least 80%.

Experience and turnover relaxations for MSEs and startups are not provided under this bid.

Financial and Submission Requirements

No EMD is required. Bidders should upload the prescribed financial, experience, and technical documents through GeM. The bidder must also submit acceptance of the tender's terms and conditions on its letterhead. The buyer reserves the right to accept or reject the demonstration class.
