Professional Qualification & Eligibility

1. Firm/agency should be duly registered and renewed as applicable.

3. Relevant experience in government/private event-management and cultural programmes is required.
4. Minimum 3 years' government-sector work experience is included in the evaluation criteria.
5. Minimum annual turnover requirement is ₹1.50 crore.
6. Valid GST, PAN and other statutory registrations must be furnished.
7. Last three years' Income Tax Returns/audited financial documents are required.
8. Firm must provide proof of non-blacklisting by government authorities.
9. Joint Venture participation is not permitted.
