Scope of Work

The selected agencies may undertake site inspection and tree inventory, health assessment, tagging/georeferencing, transplantation methodology, root-ball preparation, pruning, lifting, transportation, replanting, staking, watering and anti-stress treatment. The scope also includes 36 months of maintenance and monitoring, survival reporting, safety management and replacement/remedial measures where directed by BFDC. Tender Document final

Professional / Pre-Qualification Criteria

Applicants must be legally registered entities with valid PAN and GST, applicable statutory registrations and a non-blacklisting declaration. Minimum relevant experience is 5 years. Category thresholds are T-1: 150 trees; T-2: 100 trees including 20 above 100 cm girth; T-3: 50 trees including 15 above 200 cm girth.
