NECTAR EOI – Empanelment of Support Provider & Facilitating Agencies

NECTAR invites eligible Indian agencies/organisations for technical empanelment as Support Providers and Facilitating Agencies for Skill Development, Entrepreneurship Development, Livelihood Promotion and Employment-Linked Programmes. The EOI covers four categories: Training Centre Operator; Mobilization & Logistics Support Partner; Trainer/Support Staff Deployment Agency; and Placement & Allied Activities Partner. Priority areas include semiconductor, drone technology, healthcare, food processing, bamboo and allied livelihood sectors. Empanelment is for three years, extendable up to five years at NECTAR's discretion, and does not guarantee any work award. EOI

Eligibility & Qualification

Applicants must be legally registered entities, operational for at least five years, maintain a positive net worth, have relevant development-programme experience, not be blacklisted/debarred, and maintain a physical office in the North Eastern Region (NER). Category-specific experience and infrastructure/manpower requirements also apply. EOI

Submission Guidelines

Submit the technical EOI online through GeM-CPP only. Hard-copy/email submissions will be rejected. Documents must be self-attested by the authorised signatory. No financial/price bid, rate or indicative cost is to be included; financial bids will be invited separately for specific assignments. EOI
