IIM Bodh Gaya Manpower Outsourcing Agency Tender

Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM Bodh Gaya) has invited online proposals for empanelment of an outsourcing agency for providing manpower. Scope of Work

The selected agency will provide manpower for positions including Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, Senior Executive, Executive and Junior Executive. Services cover administrative and academic support, event/programme coordination, library assistance, routine office support, basic technical/IT assistance, typing and documentation, file and record management, scanning/digitisation, record keeping, and related institutional support activities. Pre-Qualification & Eligibility

1. Valid registration to undertake the required services.
2. Valid EPF, PAN and GST registrations.
3. Similar-service experience during FY 2021-22 to 2025-26, meeting any one of the following: one completed order of at least ₹1.36 crore, or two orders of at least ₹85 lakh each, or three orders of at least ₹68 lakh each.
4. Applicable OSH Code/State Labour registration.
5. Average annual turnover of at least ₹2.50 crore during FY 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26.
6. Positive net worth as on 31 March 2026.
7. Solvency certificate showing financial worth/resources of at least ₹21 lakh.
8. Bihar office, or undertaking to establish one within 60 days of award.
9. No debarment/blacklisting.

Financial Criteria & EMD

The bidder must quote a service charge between 3.85% and 7.00%; quotes outside this range are liable to rejection. EMD is ₹3.40 lakh, payable through DD/Banker’s Cheque/NEFT/RTGS in favour of IIM Bodh Gaya. Eligible NSIC/MSME/MSE/recognised DPIIT Startup bidders are exempt subject to required proof. Submission Guidelines
