WAPCOS Limited invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from experienced agencies, firms, consultancies and eligible Joint Ventures/Consortia for empanelment in Survey & Investigation (S&I) disciplines. The empanelment is intended to create a pre-qualified pool for project-specific assignments across India and abroad, with empanelment assessed separately for each category. Scope of Work: The REOI covers 15 S&I categories, including topographical/cadastral/spatial and route surveys; drone, UAV, LiDAR and photogrammetry; hydrographic and bathymetric surveys; hydrological and metocean investigations; geological/geotechnical and geophysical investigations; groundwater studies; sediment and river morphology; dredging/reclamation investigations; environmental, ecological and social investigations; construction material and laboratory testing; port/harbour/coastal infrastructure investigations; transmission-line/corridor surveys; integrated multidisciplinary S&I; and specialised technical investigation support. Professional Qualification & Experience: Applicants must demonstrate at least 7 years' experience in Survey & Investigation, completion/substantial completion of at least 7 S&I assignments during the last 7 years, and at least 2 similar assignments relevant to the category for which they apply. Financial Qualification: Minimum average annual turnover of ₹1 crore, with at least 50% derived from Survey & Investigation contracts, calculated on certified payments received for contracts completed or in progress during the last five years. Eligibility: Eligible applicants include registered individuals/entities and eligible JV/Consortia, subject to applicable registrations such as GSTIN, PAN, EPF/ESI/Labour or equivalent registrations and a valid GeM Seller ID.
