Scope of Work

Empanelled agencies will supply advertising-branded catering consumables and related items free of cost to IRCTC, including paper cups, napkins, menu cards, tray mats, snacks wrappers, cutlery wrappers, branded flasks and Rail Neer bottle labels. The agency will bear manufacturing, printing and freight costs and will also pay the applicable revenue share to IRCTC. Professional Qualification & Eligibility

The EOI does not prescribe a minimum annual turnover, net-worth or minimum prior-experience requirement in the provided eligibility schedule. Companies should have their constitutional documents clearly specifying catering and hospitality as the main object. Firms/proprietorships must submit the applicable registration, partnership, GST and statutory documents. Applicants must not be debarred, blacklisted or banned by IRCTC, Railways, Ministry of Railways, other CPSUs or Government Departments. PAN and GST registration documents are required. Financial Requirements

Submission & Important Dates

The EOI process commences from the date of uploading on the site. Applications must be submitted in original, signed form, in a sealed envelope, in the designated IRCTC Tender Box. The EOI is accepted on the 15th of every month up to 12:00 noon, or the next working day if the office is closed. Opening is at 12:15 PM on the same day.
