Scope of Work

Selected/empanelled agencies will provide qualified Music and Physical Education Instructors, manage deployment, attendance, replacements, monthly reporting and training activities, and comply with applicable EPF, ESI, GST, labour, insurance and other statutory requirements. Deployment is need-based and there is no guaranteed minimum work or business. tenderTeacher

Professional Qualification Criteria

1. Music Instructor: Bachelor’s Degree in Music/equivalent from a recognized institution and minimum 10 years' relevant teaching/training experience. Visharad or equivalent music certification is desirable.
2. Physical Education Instructor: B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed./D.P.Ed. from a recognized institution and minimum 10 years' experience in sports, physical education, fitness or related fields. NIS/equivalent certification is desirable. tenderTeacher

Eligibility & Financial Criteria

Bidders must be legally registered entities and have 10 years' experience in similar services, at least one similar assignment in the last three financial years, and an average annual turnover of ₹10 lakh from similar services. A bank solvency certificate of at least ₹5 lakh, issued within three months before bid submission, is required. PAN, GST, EPF and ESI registrations are also required where applicable. tenderTeacher

Tender Fee & EMD

Tender Fee: ₹2,000 (non-refundable). EMD: ₹50,000.
