Scope of Work
The selected agencies (incubators/NGOs) will be responsible for:
- Designing and launching innovation challenges to identify startups
- Providing incubation and acceleration support
- Offering financial support (₹10–18 lakh per startup depending on stage)
- Delivering mentoring, technical assistance, and business support
- Facilitating market linkages, partnerships, and investor access
- Monitoring startup progress and impact assessment
- Supporting ecosystem building and stakeholder collaboration
- Enabling funding access and investment readiness
The program targets 10–20 startups per project across sectors such as AgriTech, FinTech, CleanTech, and HealthTech.
Pre-Qualification Criteria
- Applicant must be a registered non-profit organization (Trust/Society/Section 8 Company) in India
- Minimum 3 years of existence
- Must have experience in startup incubation/acceleration programs
- Proven experience of incubating at least 150 startups and scaling 50 social startups
- Must not be blacklisted by any government or PSU
- Strong ecosystem linkages and sector expertise required
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in social impact startup incubation (minimum 3 years)
- Completed at least 3 similar projects with Government/PSU/Foundation funding
- Presence in proposed project geography
- Minimum team strength and governance structure (Board ≥ 3 members, Employees ≥ 5)
- No political or religious affiliations
Financial Criteria
- For project size ₹50 Lakhs – ₹1 Crore
➤ Minimum cumulative revenue (last 3 years): ₹2 Crore
- For project size above ₹1 Crore
➤ Minimum cumulative revenue (last 3 years): ₹5 Crore
