1. The bidder must be a legally registered company in India under the Companies Act (1956/2013)

1. Proven experience in Urban Waste Management / Sanitation / Health & Hygiene
2. Experience of consultancy in Swachh Survekshan across at least 50 ULBs
3. Experience in executing at least one capacity-building project
4. Conducted a minimum of 100 classroom training sessions
5. Availability of in-house master trainers in relevant domains
6. Experience in developing knowledge and training materials

1. Minimum average annual turnover of ₹10 Crore during the last three financial years
2. Submission of audited financial statements is mandatory
