 Scope of Work
The selected NGOs will implement projects under urban ecosystem restoration and plantation, including:
1. Urban Miyawaki Forest Development
  1. High-density micro-forests using Miyawaki technique
  2. Native species plantation and soil enrichment
2. Community Plantation Projects
  1. Plantation in parks, roadside buffers, and public spaces
  2. Restoration of degraded urban land
3. Institutional Green Initiatives
  1. Green campuses in colleges, universities, and government institutions
4. Project Lifecycle Activities
  1. Pre-plantation: site selection, permissions, soil preparation
  2. Plantation: multi-layer native species plantation
  3. Post-plantation: maintenance, monitoring, survival tracking
  4. Community awareness and sustainability planning
 Pre-Qualification Criteria
  1. Must be a registered NGO/Trust/Society in India
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in CSR/environment projects
  3. Experience in Miyawaki plantation / urban greening
  4. Must have land permission from authorities
  5. Must not be blacklisted by any government authority
  6. Minimum:
    • 3 board members
    • 5 permanent employees
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Proven track record in ecosystem restoration or plantation
  2. Completed at least 3 similar projects
  3. Presence in proposed project state
  4. Strong monitoring, evaluation, and sustainability approach
  5. No political or religious affiliation
Financial Criteria
  1. Project budget: Up to ₹4 Crore
  2. For projects above ₹1 Cr:
    • Minimum ₹5 Crore cumulative revenue (last 3 years)
  3. For ₹50 Lakhs – ₹1 Cr projects:
    • Minimum ₹2 Crore cumulative revenue (last 3 years)
