MP SDERF Tender 2026 – Deep Diving & Advanced Deep Diving Training

The Madhya Pradesh State Disaster Emergency Response Force (SDERF), Bhopal has invited e-tenders for providing Deep Diving and Advanced Deep Diving training services for personnel. The tender aims to enhance the operational capability of disaster response teams through specialized diving training.

Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for conducting Deep Diving and Advanced Deep Diving training for disaster response personnel.

Key requirements include:

1. Conduct 15-day specialized training program
2. Train approximately 200 personnel
3. Provide practical and theoretical training modules
4. Ensure safety standards and certified instructors
5. Provide necessary diving equipment and training support
6. Issue completion certificates to trained participants

The training is intended to enhance the search, rescue, and underwater disaster response capability of SDERF personnel.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Interested bidders must meet the following eligibility requirements:

Organizational Eligibility

1. The bidder must be a legally registered training provider / institution / agency.
2. Must have experience in diving training or related rescue training programs.

1. The bidder should have relevant experience in conducting diving or specialized rescue training programs.

Financial Eligibility

1. The bidder should possess adequate financial capacity to deliver the training program.

Pre-Qualification Criteria

Bidders should provide:

1. Proof of organizational registration
2. Details of technical expertise and training capability
3. Experience certificates for similar training assignments
4. Details of qualified trainers/instructors
5. Financial documents as required

Financial Criteria
