⚙️ Scope of Work
Selected Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) will:
- Conduct mobilization, training, and placement of rural youth under DDU-GKY 2.0
- Implement projects under categories:
- Captive Employer Projects
- PwD Category Projects
- Training Completion Deadline: 31 December 2025
- Placement Deadline: 31 March 2026
- Encouragement for working in aspirational and tribal districts
✅ Eligibility Criteria
To apply, an entity must:
- Be registered under:
- Indian Trust Act, Society Act, Companies Act 2013, LLP Act 2008, Co-op Acts, SHGs federations
- Be a Govt./semi-Govt. entity at State or National level
- Be registered with NITI Aayog's Darpan Portal (for NGOs)
- Be more than 3 years old, except Start-ups
- Must have valid PRN under DDU-GKY 2.0

❌ Disqualification Criteria
Entities are not eligible if:
- Recovery proceedings are ongoing from prior DDU-GKY projects
- Previous DDU-GKY placement was <50%
- Key personnel linked to defaulting PIAs
- Subsidiaries/sister concerns of defaulting organizations
- Blacklisted by any government body
- Attempt to apply as consortiums (Not Allowed)
