📋 Eligibility Criteria:
  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Degree + Diploma/PG in Career Counselling or M.Sc. Psychology
    • MSW or M.Sc. (Extension Education or Human Development)
  2. Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in relevant field
    • Internship or practical experience preferred
    • Experience in Government/NGO/Skill Development sector is advantageous
  3. Documents Required:
    • Company Registration Documents
    • PAN, GSTIN, IT Returns (FY 2021-22 to 2023-24)
    • Audited Financials (Turnover ≥ ₹54 lakh over 3 years)
    • CA Certified Net Worth, Turnover Statements with UDIN
    • Clearance certificates from ESI, EPF (if applicable)
    • Valid ESI/EPF license, if employing staff
    • Experience Certificates
    • Declaration formats, Power of Attorney, Financial Bid
📂 Submission Mode:

  1. Technical Evaluation: Based on qualification, experience, turnover
  2. Financial Evaluation: Service charge in % per candidate
  3. Tiebreaker Rule: Higher turnover (FY 2021–2024) wins if service charges are same
