📍 Scope of Work
The empanelled Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) will carry out:
- Mobilization of rural youth
- Readiness of Training Centers (residential/non-residential)
- Deployment of certified trainers
- Training delivery in NSQF-aligned courses
- On-the-Job Training (OJT)
- Assessment and Certification via SSC/NCVET-approved agencies
- Placement of minimum 70% trained candidates (50% wage, 20% self/GIG)
- Post-placement tracking for 6 months
✅ Eligibility Criteria
PIAs must have a valid PRN (Permanent Registration Number) from MoRD and fall under any of the following categories:

📊 Financial Criteria & Fees
- Initial Proposal Processing Fee: ₹25,000 (Non-refundable)
- To be paid to NIRDPR Hyderabad: SBI A/C No. 62431332037, IFSC: SBIN0020965
- Qualitative Appraisal Fee: ₹1,47,500 (Incl. GST) for shortlisted PIAs (exempted for Captive Employers)
- Payment Terms (Milestones):
- 30%: Batch freezing
- 20%: Halfway of training
- 20%: Completion & 70% placement
- 30%: After 6 months of placement verification
