Pre-Qualification Criteria
Scope of Work
  1. The scope of work involves conducting impact assessments for REC CSR projects, including both quantitative and qualitative surveys. The specific details of the scope, including pre-survey work, data collection methods, geographic coverage, and technical manpower requirements, are defined in a separate document (1745213664.pdf).  

Pre-qualification Criteria

Pre-qualification criteria are defined in the scope of work document.  

 
Eligibility Criteria
  1. Bidders must have a minimum average annual turnover of 72 Lakh (s) for the last 3 years.  
     
  2. Bidders must have experience providing similar services to any Central/State Govt Organization/PSU for the number of years specified in the bid document.  
     
  3. MSEs are exempt from turnover and experience criteria if they meet quality and technical specifications.  
     
  4. Startups are also exempt from turnover and experience criteria if they meet quality and technical specifications.  
     
Financial Criteria
  • Minimum Average Annual Turnover: 72 Lakh (s) (for 3 Years)  
Tender Fee and EMD
  1. EMD Amount: 25000  
     
  2. EMD Exemption: Available for MSEs (manufacturers for goods and service providers for services) and Startups, with required supporting documents.  
     
  3. EMD can be submitted via Account Payee Demand Draft, Fixed Deposit Receipt, or Banker's Cheque in favor of REC LIMITED, payable at Gurugram.  
     

Submission Guidelines

  1. Bidders must upload necessary documents, including experience criteria, bidder turnover, and other documents as specified in the bid.  
  2. If seeking EMD exemption, relevant supporting documents must be uploaded.  
     
  3. Hard copies of the DD/FDR/BC for EMD must be delivered to the Buyer within 5 days of the Bid End date/Bid Opening date.
