SBI Foundation (SBIF) is seeking an agency to design, develop, implement, and maintain a CSR Project Management Software (CSR-PMS). The software aims to be an end-to-end program management tool with features like centralized data management, dashboards, online approvals, NGO partner interface, and progress evaluation. The selection process involves a competitive bidding process. |

Scope of Work
- Coordinate with the local NGO (KGNMT) for permissions, approvals, and planning.
- Manage the procurement process and onboard technical vendors and civil contractors.
- Regular monitoring and oversight during construction.
- Ensure completion of fixtures, plumbing, electrical work, and related tasks.
- Handover the completed hostel building to the local NGO.
- Oversee the demolition of the old building complex.
- The project includes civil and finishing work, as well as service details like plumbing and electrical work.
- The budget should include Infrastructure Work and Project Management Work.
Pre-qualification Criteria
- The agency must be a non-profit organization/trust/society registered in India.
- Minimum three years of experience in constructing or refurbishing spaces, preferably in social infrastructure development.
- Proven experience in construction projects, educational or community infrastructure, and executing holistic construction projects with essential services.
- Adherence to building regulations and safety standards.
- Self-declaration of non-discrimination.
- The agency should not be blacklisted by any Government Agency/PSU/Central/State agency.
Eligibility Criteria
- The NGO should have a minimum of 3 years of existence.
- Expertise and knowledge of construction-related work.
- The NGO must have completed at least 3 assignments/projects of a similar nature.
Financial Criteria
- The budget for the proposal should be in the range of Rs. 3.5 Cr. - Rs. 4.00 Cr.
- The cumulative annual revenue of the organization for the last 3 financial years should be no less than Rs. 5.00 Crores.
Tender Fee and EMD

- The agency can submit only one proposal.
