Scope of Work

1. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

1. Identify and mobilize experienced or working individuals eligible for RPL.
2. Conduct RPL orientation, bridge training and assessment at the Industry Partner's own premises.
3. Provide the required 12-hour orientation covering domain knowledge, soft skills, financial literacy and digital literacy.
4. Conduct a Bridge Course, where required, to address identified skill gaps.
5. Provide WMPSC-ToT-certified trainers.
6. Arrange basic tools and materials required for orientation and assessment according to qualification requirements on the SIDH portal.
7. Create and manage the batch lifecycle on the SIDH portal.
8. Install Aadhaar Enabled Biometric Attendance System (AEBAS) at the centre premises and link it with SIDH.
9. Complete candidate registration/enrolment, batch creation, training, assessment and certification in accordance with PMKVY 4.0 requirements.

RPL Industry Premises Requirement

The EOI specifically states that RPL activities are to be conducted at the Industry Partner's own premises, and not through RPL Camps or RPL Centres. The Industry Centre is required to be at the Industry Premise, with an LOI mentioning the candidate and training requirements.

2. Short Term Training (STT)

STT is intended for fresh candidates undergoing structured training consisting of Theory + Practical + On-the-Job Training (OJT) for the selected job roles.

The selected Industry Partner is expected to:

1. Mobilize and enrol eligible fresh candidates.
2. Provide full-duration training at the Industry Premise.
3. Arrange WMPSC-ToT-certified trainers.
4. Maintain training infrastructure, tools and equipment according to the QP-NOS/model curriculum.
5. Deliver NSQF-aligned training.
6. Include mandatory Soft Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy and Digital Literacy modules.
7. Arrange mandatory OJT within the Industry premises.
8. Submit an LOI from the OJT industry/site at the time of application.
9. Manage the batch lifecycle on the SIDH portal.
10. Install AEBAS and link attendance with SIDH.
11. Upload placement data as required under PMKVY 4.0.
12. Establish placement linkages for trained and certified candidates.
13. Submit a separate LOI from the placement Industry/Organisation, including its name, State and District.
14. Complete registration, enrolment, batch creation, training, OJT, assessment, certification and placement.
15. Track and report placed candidates on a monthly basis for six months after training.
