The selected bidder will be responsible for the complete establishment of a modern Science Laboratory, including:

5. Maintenance support (AMC/CMC)
6. Comprehensive warranty
7. On-site demonstration

The laboratory includes major scientific equipment such as:

1. pH Meter
2. Conductivity Meter
3. UV-Visible Spectrophotometer
4. Horizontal & Vertical Gel Electrophoresis System
5. Refrigerated Centrifuge
6. Additional laboratory instruments specified in the technical specification document

All equipment must include installation, commissioning, demonstration, warranty and operator training.

Eligibility Criteria

The bid follows the GeM eligibility framework.

Eligible bidders should:

1. Be legally registered entities on GeM.
2. Meet all technical specifications.
3. Submit all required supporting documents.
4. Comply with Buyer Added Terms & Conditions.
5. Upload exemption documents if claiming MSE or Startup benefits.

MSE and DPIIT-recognized Startups are eligible for relaxation in Experience and Turnover criteria subject to submission of valid documentary evidence and compliance with technical requirements.

Financial Criteria

The bid document does not specify any mandatory minimum annual turnover, net worth or years of experience. Standard GeM provisions apply, with relaxation available for eligible MSEs and Startups.
