The tender invites proposals for end-to-end Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Deep Learning (DL) solutions, with a focus on conversational technologies for the aviation/travel sector.

Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Design, development, and deployment of AI-powered chatbot systems
2. Implementation of Conversational Agents supporting:

   3. WhatsApp interface
4. Hosting on MeitY-certified cloud infrastructure
5. Continuous Operations & Maintenance (O&M) for the full contract duration
6. Periodic system maintenance (every 6 months)
7. Ensuring compliance with:
   1. ISO 27001 security standards
   2. CERT-In empanelled security audits

2. The bidder must have minimum 3 years of experience in delivering similar AI/ML or chatbot-based services
3. Experience must be with:
   1. Central Government / State Government / PSU / reputed organizations
4. Documentary proof (work orders/contracts) is mandatory

1. Completed 3 similar projects each worth ≥ 40% of estimated value
2. OR completed 2 similar projects each worth ≥ 50% of estimated value
3. OR completed 1 similar project worth ≥ 80% of estimated value

Financial Eligibility Criteria

1.       Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹125 Lakhs (last 3 financial years)

2.       Financial documents required:

2.  CA/Cost Accountant certification
