Scope of Work

The selected bidder will be responsible for:

1. Design and setup of educational lab/centre
2. Supply and installation of hardware
3. Training of teachers and other staff
4. Deployment of manpower for operations
5. Maintenance of the centre during contract period
6. Ensuring service support infrastructure within the state

Pre-Qualification Criteria

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in similar services

Must have completed:

• 3 projects of 40% value OR
• 2 projects of 50% value OR
• 1 project of 80% value of estimated cost
• Experience with Government/PSU organizations preferred
• OEM Authorization Certificate required (if applicable)
• Service provider must have an office in Uttar Pradesh
• Eligibility Criteria

Bidder should not be:

1. Bankrupt
2. Under liquidation or legal proceedings
3. Must not be blacklisted in last 3 years
4. Must comply with GeM and Government procurement norms
5. GST Registration and PAN mandatory
6. Dedicated service support system required

Financial Criteria

1. Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹15.99 Crore (last 3 years)
2. Estimated Tender Value: ₹3,99,99,000

Tender Fee & EMD

1. Tender Fee: Not Applicable (as per GeM guidelines)
2. EMD Amount: ₹3,99,990
