CRPF Tender Notice 2026 – Repair and Replacement Work at CTC Coimbatore

The Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, through the Office of the Special Director General, South Zone Headquarters, Hyderabad, has invited online e-tenders under a two-bid system (Technical & Financial) for repair and replacement works at the CRPF Training Centre (CTC) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

Eligible contractors registered with CPWD, MES, NBCC, BRO, Central Government Departments, or State PWD are invited to participate in the tender through the Central Public Procurement Portal (CPPP).

Scope of Work

  1. The scope of the tender includes the following activities:
  2. Repair and replacement of broken or damaged window glass and door glass
  3. Work to be carried out in training and staff barracks
  4. Location of work: CTC CRPF, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
  5. Supply of materials, labor, tools, and equipment required for repair work

Contractor Registration

Bidders must be registered contractors with any of the following organizations:

  1. CPWD
  2. MES
  3. NBCC
  4. BRO
  5. Other Central Government Departments
  6. State PWD
  7. The registration must be valid and appropriate for the category and class of work corresponding to the tender value.

Experience Requirement

  1. For unregistered contractors, the bidder must demonstrate experience in similar works:
  2. One similar work worth 80% of the estimated cost, OR
  3. Two similar works worth 60% of the estimated cost, OR
  4. Three similar works worth 40% of the estimated cost
  5. The experience must be within the last 7 financial years with completion certificates submitted.

Financial Eligibility Criteria

  1. For bidders who are not enlisted contractors:
  2. The average annual turnover during the last three financial years must be at least 30% of the estimated cost of the tender.
  3. The bidder must have bank solvency of at least 25% of the estimated tender cost certified by a bank.
  4. Audited financial statements and IT returns for the last three financial years must be submitted.

Tender Fee and EMD

  1. Tender Fee: Nil
  2. Earnest Money Deposit (EMD): ₹11,000
  3. EMD Validity: Minimum 90 days from tender opening
  4. EMD Exemption: Not allowed (mandatory for all bidders)
  5. EMD must be submitted in favor of IGP/Principal CTC CRPF Coimbatore through bank draft, banker’s cheque, fixed deposit receipt, or bank guarantee.
