Scope of Work

1. The selected entity will support the planning, design, and development of a simulation-based railway training model room. Major responsibilities include:

1. Prepare complete design and layout of the simulation-based model room.
2. Identify required equipment, materials, and miniature modules.
3. Develop installation plans and system integration strategy.

2. Development of Railway Simulation Modules

1. The model room should simulate real railway operational scenarios including:
2. Railway stations and yards
3. Track layouts and loop lines
4. Railway signaling systems
5. Level crossing gates (interlocked & non-interlocked)
6. Rolling stock models (locomotives, coaches, wagons)
7. Electrification systems (OHE, pantograph, isolators)
8. Bridges, flyovers, and platforms

3. Operational Simulation

1. The system should demonstrate railway working procedures such as:
2. Single line working
3. Double line working
4. Block section operations
5. Non-interlocked yard operations
6. Emergency procedures
7. Automatic and absolute block systems

4. Technical Deliverables

1. Detailed equipment list with quantities and specifications
2. Cost estimates for materials and installation
3. Identification of items not covered under Make in India
4. Draft Scope of Work for future tender
5. Implementation roadmap for project execution and commissioning

Pre-Qualification Requirements

5. Not be blacklisted by any Central/State Government or PSU.
