3. Eligibility Criteria

1. Bidders must meet the following eligibility requirements:
2. Contractors must be registered with the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam or Dairy Development Department, Assam.
3. Bidders must be capable of executing civil construction works of similar nature.
4. The bidder must comply with all technical and administrative conditions mentioned in the bidding document.
5. Participation must be through the Assam e-Tendering Portal.

4. Financial Criteria

1. Bidders should demonstrate adequate financial capability to undertake a project of similar size and complexity.
2. Compliance with financial documentation and payment of applicable bid security is mandatory.

5. Tender Fee and Earnest Money Deposit (EMD)

Both the Bid Processing Fee and Bid Security must be deposited online through net banking before the bid submission deadline.
