Tender Overview

Scope of Work

1. The selected contractor will be responsible for the construction and development of poultry and duck farming infrastructure, including:
2. Construction of Poultry Shed
3. Construction of Duck Shed
4. Development of Feed Mill-cum-Godown
5. Construction of Training Building
6. Associated civil works and infrastructure development
7. The project will be implemented at Duck-cum-Poultry Farm, Joysagar in Sivasagar District, Assam, under the RIDF-XXXI scheme.
   

Pre-Qualification Criteria

1. Interested bidders must meet the following conditions:
2. Contractors must be registered with the Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Department, Assam or Dairy Development Department, Assam.
3. Bidders must participate through the e-Tendering system on the Assam Government procurement portal.
4. The bidder should have adequate technical capability and construction experience to undertake similar civil works.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Eligible bidders should:
2. Be a registered contractor with the relevant Assam Government department.
3. Have the necessary technical resources, manpower, and equipment required for civil construction projects.
4. Submit bids through the two-bid system (Technical + Financial) as per tender guidelines.
5. Financial bids submitted along with technical bids will be rejected automatically.

Bid processing fee and bid security must be deposited before the online submission deadline through the portal
