Financial Details

 Scope of Work

1. The selected agency will be responsible for:
2. Conducting crop pattern planning and demonstrations
3. Organizing farmer training programs
4. Field visits and adaptive trials
5. Water management interventions
6. Institutional strengthening of Water User Associations (WUAs)
7. Capacity building & empowerment activities
8. Assisting in handing over processes
9. Implementation as per MMISF Act-2005 guidelines
10. Geo-tagging of predefined locations (mandatory site inspection)

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must:

1. Be Empanelled Agencies under Category “A” approved by DIRD, Pune, under WRD, Government of Maharashtra
2. Participate through the official e-tender portal
3. Submit two envelopes online:
4. Upload Geo-tagging certificate (mandatory)
5. Submit affidavit on ₹500 stamp paper as per GR guidelines
6. Digitally sign all documents using Class II DSC

Note: Joint Ventures are not applicable for this tender.

Qualification Criteria

1. Post Qualification Process applicable
2. Must submit scanned copies of original documents
3. Mandatory field inspection & geo-tagging at specified coordinates
4. Financial bid will be opened only if technical bid qualifies
