Tender Overview

  1. Haryana Government invites online bids through the Haryana e-Tendering portal for Consultancy Services of Interior Work for the Auditorium at Swarna Jayanti Environment Training Institute, Manesar.

Scope of Work

  1. The selected Design Consultant shall undertake comprehensive consultancy services including:
  2. Preparation of Design Report in consultation with Chief Architect, Haryana
  3. Acoustical Finish & Room Shaping Design
  4. Sound Insulation Planning
  5. HVAC Noise & Vibration Control Design
  6. Plumbing & Electrical Noise Control Planning
  7. Audio Visual System Design
  8. Stage Lighting Design
  9. Seating Layout Design
  10. Flooring Details (Stage / Stairs / Common Areas)
  11. Preparation of Detailed Estimate & BOQ
  12. Post Completion Testing

All designs must comply with:

  1. National Building Code (NBC)
  2. Relevant Indian Standards for acoustical treatment

Time Period for Completion

2 Months (60 Days) from award of work.

Eligibility Criteria

Bidders must meet the following mandatory conditions:

1. Technical Experience

  1. Consultant must have completed DPR for Acoustics Design of an Auditorium during the last five years (ending 31.03.2024).
  2. Work must be completed for:
  3. Performance Certificates from clients must be submitted.

2. Financial Criteria

  1. Average Annual Turnover (Consultancy Work Only) for last 3 years (2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24):
  2. Minimum ₹ 50 Lakhs
  3. Certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN.
  4. Supported by ITCC / Annual Reports / Profit & Loss Statements.
3. Other Conditions
  1. No Joint Venture / Consortium allowed.
  2. All submitted information must be authentic.
  3. Site visit recommended before bidding.
