1. Scope of Work

1. NIT Warangal invites e-tenders for:
2. Supply, Installation, Training, and Commissioning of 01 Vapour Liquid Equilibrium System with:
3. One Year Onsite Warranty
4. Delivery within 30 Days from Award
5. One-day training for 25 persons
6. 3 Demonstration runs during installation
7. Complete system with HMI (10” Interactive Screen), DAQ, USB data export (.csv), RS-232 communication
8. SS 316L Construction
9. Reboiler capacity: 200–300 ml
10. Operating range: Ambient +10°C to 200°C
11. Power: Single phase 230V, 50Hz
12. Local chiller included
13. Installation & commissioning at NIT Warangal site
14. The contract is FOR Destination (NIT Warangal) including taxes, installation, testing, commissioning, and training.

2. Pre-Qualification / Eligibility Criteria

EMD Payment Mode:

1. RTGS (Upload proof with Technical Bid), OR
2. Demand Draft in favor of “The Director, NIT Warangal”

EMD Exemption:

1. Applicable for valid MSE Certificate holders (with Bid Security Declaration)

5. Performance Security

1. 5% of Order Value

3. To be submitted within 14 days of LOI
4. Valid for 60 days beyond contract completion
