Scope of Work

1. The selected training service provider will be responsible for delivering online vocational training programs with the following key requirements:
2. Conduct distance learning training programs in teaching and academic subjects.
3. Deliver training sessions online from the service provider’s location.
4. Training sessions to be conducted on weekdays.
5. Each training day will include 4 hours of instruction.
6. Provide participation certificates to trainees after completion.
7. Provide post-training support to participants.
8. Training batches will include:

Eligibility Criteria

1. To participate in the tender, bidders must meet the following requirements:

Technical Eligibility

1. Experience in providing vocational training or online education services.
2. Ability to conduct distance learning programs.
3. Capability to deliver certified training programs.

Financial Eligibility

Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs

1. Turnover must be calculated for the last 3 financial years ending on 31 March of the previous financial year.
2. Supporting documents such as audited balance sheets or CA certificate must be submitted.

1. Relevant experience in training services must be demonstrated through documentary evidence.

EMD Exemption

1. EMD exemption may be granted as per GeM General Terms & Conditions for eligible categories such as MSE service providers, provided valid supporting documents are submitted.

Additional Terms and Conditions

1. The buyer may increase or decrease contract quantity or duration by up to 25% at the time of contract issuance.
2. Bidders must comply with all applicable labour laws and labour codes of India.
3. Bidders from countries sharing land borders with India must comply with registration requirements under GeM GTC Clause 26.
