Scope of Work
- The selected training service provider will be responsible for delivering online vocational training programs with the following key requirements:
- Conduct distance learning training programs in teaching and academic subjects.
- Deliver training sessions online from the service provider’s location.
- Training sessions to be conducted on weekdays.
- Each training day will include 4 hours of instruction.
- Provide participation certificates to trainees after completion.
- Provide post-training support to participants.
- Training batches will include:
- Provide necessary online learning infrastructure and training resources.

Eligibility Criteria
- To participate in the tender, bidders must meet the following requirements:
Technical Eligibility
- Experience in providing vocational training or online education services.
- Ability to conduct distance learning programs.
- Capability to deliver certified training programs.
Financial Eligibility
Minimum Average Annual Turnover: ₹15 Lakhs
- Turnover must be calculated for the last 3 financial years ending on 31 March of the previous financial year.
- Supporting documents such as audited balance sheets or CA certificate must be submitted.
Experience Requirement
- Relevant experience in training services must be demonstrated through documentary evidence.

EMD Exemption

Additional Terms and Conditions
- The buyer may increase or decrease contract quantity or duration by up to 25% at the time of contract issuance.
- Bidders must comply with all applicable labour laws and labour codes of India.
- Bidders from countries sharing land borders with India must comply with registration requirements under GeM GTC Clause 26.
