The selected training partner will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, training delivery, student mobilization, assessment coordination, and placement support in approximately 25 Government First Grade Colleges and institutions across Karnataka. TENDER DOCUMENT STT PMKVY KSDC1 The program aims to provide NSQF-aligned skill training to youth, enhance employability, and strengthen the skill ecosystem in government educational institutions. Scope of Work The selected training partner will undertake the complete execution of PMKVY 4.0 Short-Term Training (STT) activities including: 1. Student Mobilization & Enrollment Awareness campaigns in colleges Student mobilization and registration on Skill India portal Enrollment of candidates for training programs 2. Training Delivery Conduct classroom and practical training Follow NSQF aligned curriculum Deliver training as per PMKVY guidelines 3. Infrastructure Setup Provide required training equipment and software Ensure training infrastructure in coordination with colleges Install necessary hardware for training delivery 4. Trainer Deployment Deploy certified trainers as per Sector Skill Council (SSC) norms Maintain trainer qualification records 5. Assessment & Certification Coordinate with Sector Skill Councils for third-party assessment Facilitate certification of successful candidates 6. Placement Support Provide job placement assistance Conduct placement drives and job fairs Maintain placement tracking records 7. Reporting & Documentation Maintain biometric attendance Submit periodic progress reports Maintain MIS documentation and training records Eligibility Criteria Organizational Eligibility Bidders must meet the following requirements: Registered as Company / LLP / Proprietorship Valid PAN and GST Registration Submission of IT Returns for FY 2023-24 and FY 2024-25 Must not be blacklisted by any government authority Must not have filed for bankruptcy or insolvency in the last two years Must have registered head office in Karnataka Must be registered under EPF / ESI and Labour Department Technical Qualification Criteria Experience in implementation of Short Term Training (STT) programs Minimum one work order for STT implementation At least two similar project experiences with institutions or organizations Availability of qualified trainers and technical staff Solvency certificate from a nationalized/scheduled bank Financial Criteria Minimum annual turnover of ₹1.5 Crore (₹150 Lakhs) in at least one of the last three financial years (FY 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25).
