🎯 Purpose
Inviting Project Implementing Agencies (PIAs) with a valid Permanent Registration Number (PRN) from MoRD to submit proposals for placement-linked skill development training for 1,680 beneficiaries under DDU-GKY 2.0 for FY 2025–26 in Gujarat.
🧾 Application Process
  1. Online submission on www.kaushal.rural.gov.in
  2. Pay non-refundable Initial Screening Fee of ₹25,000 via RTGS/NEFT to:
    • Bank: Bank of Baroda, Vidhan Sabha Branch, Gandhinagar

  3. Upload proposal with fee receipt. Only uploaded documents will be evaluated.

✅ Important Guidelines
  • PIAs must comply with DDU-GKY 2.0 guidelines (Notification No. 02/2025) and Draft SoP available on www.kaushal.rural.gov.in
  • Skill Gap Analysis by GLPC available at www.glpc.co.in
  • Project duration must allow placement appointments by 31 March 2026
  • Preference for:
    • Captive employment model
    • Higher wages
    • Aspirational districts in Gujarat
  • Projects must comply with minimum wage norms for Gujarat

  • First batch cost will be considered as Bank Guarantee Amount
  • Only complete and timely online submissions will be considered
